Manager, Ecommerce (Shopify) & Digital Analytics

What We Need:

We are looking for a Manager, eCommerce & Digital Analytics responsible for our Shopify eCommerce platforms (DTC) and Google Analytics services.

What You Will Do:
Shopify eCommerce Platforms:

• Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to gather requirements and design and maintain custom features and functionalities that meet business objectives.
• Enhance and implement Shopify-based websites, themes, and applications using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and other relevant technologies.
• Optimize website performance including page load speed, responsiveness, and user experience by implementing best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, compatibility, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.

• Set up and manage Google Analytics to collect web data. Integrate data sources, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Analyze website and mobile app traffic to derive insights into user behavior, website performance, and conversion patterns.
• Regularly audit and validate data to ensure accuracy. Resolve any tracking or data integrity issues promptly.
• Design, create, and manage custom reports and dashboards tailored to different stakeholders’ needs, ensuring they receive relevant and actionable information.
• Implement and maintain tags using tools like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data capture.
• Work closely with UX/UI, SEO, and marketing teams to optimize website performance and improve user experience based on data insights.
• Collaborate with teams to design and analyze A/B or multivariate tests to improve website effectiveness.
• Identify and analyze user segments to better target and personalize marketing campaigns.
• Understand and apply different attribution models to measure the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
• Ensure that data collection and processing practices comply with privacy regulations such as GDPR, other.

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years working with digital marketing teams to drive valuable insights regarding marketing campaign performance.
• 5+ years of experience developing with Shopify and Shopify Plus.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or Liquid
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Expert understanding of modern eCommerce SEO and web analytics
• Experience in an eCommerce or analytically focused digital environment that uses data to drive decisions.
