Role Overview:
As the eCommerce IT Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for front-end and full-stack development, enhancing Jegs' digital presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support customer-facing online commerce applications and digital capabilities that support Jegs target state digital presentation layer.
- Lead eCommerce initiatives, including re-platforming and modernizing.
- Manage mobile and responsive technology.
- Utilize eCommerce Marketing solutions (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Apply technical knowledge to software development and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrates knowledge of software development life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents. Estimates to high level business requirements and provide options analysis.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices.
- Understand software development, application design, and business requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Oversee budgets and system health.
- Maintain SOPs for software systems.
- Collaborate with business teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
