- Identify, process, record and act upon complaints or issues received from internal and external stakeholders, which result in business, applicant, borrower, school or servicer risk
- Coordinate and conduct cross-functional department meetings to discuss and action new and existing open or recently closed items
- Ensure data is captured with analytics tools so that meaningful reporting of key data elements and trends is accurate
- Serve as a subject matter expert to answer internal complaint questions, track internal data and resolve applicant, borrower or school concerns
Qualifications:
Working closely with the team, this person will meet the following requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience of related complaint management experience
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Student loan lending experience is highly preferred
