Job Summary

• Understand who our customers are and what our customers expect of us.
• Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
• Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
• Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
• Works with the Director to provide organizational analysis of regulatory readiness and compliance with all external regulatory bodies.
• Supervises the collection, aggregation, analysis of clinical data for public reporting and other clinical databases including all third-party payer requirements.
• Assist with survey preparation and activity to ensure the hospital maintains accreditation and compliance with regulations.
• Acts as a leader in the department and throughout the organization by working with a variety of interdisciplinary teams to assist in improving the quality and safety of patient care.
• Provides direct supervision of all medical staff services staff, activities, policies, and processes

Licensure
Current Licensure in clinical field required - Current RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (Multi State Licensure) preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare field preferred.
Experience

• Experience in supervisory and project management in healthcare preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge desired
• Strong ability in software applications including but not limited to; Microsoft Office suite, use of various data analysis tools and flowcharting -
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical background with process focus to determine and correct the root causes.
• Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards for hospitals preferred
