WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Regional responsibility in NA for the Controlling Process and System Integration of the Wiper Systems Business Unit
- Set-up of processes for reporting WS-NA business in MBR, CF and BP
- Ensure availability of KPIs for reporting, incl. P&L, resources, and others in line with MA and C/FI reporting structure, ensure transparency, correctness and consistency of data in reporting
- Define cost center structure, charging/allocation models and information / data flow for WS-NA business
- Close collaboration with MA/CPE and MA/CTG-NA to ensure smooth transition of data structure WS from ED (EM) to AA (MA)
- Close collaboration with MA/CTG and MA-WS/CTG to ensure alignment of regional processes with MA and BU central processes
- Close collaboration with functions such as BDO, GS/OBR teams to ensure data availability and system integration
- Take over projects within the CTG area; participate as commercial counterpart in regional and global projects
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent area of study. MBA or CPA preferred
5-8 years of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) experience, including budgeting, forecasting, transfer price management and analysis - Multiple year experience in Bosch Controlling and Reporting
- Knowledgeable in IFRS accounting and Bosch internal reporting standards and guidelines
- IT-system know-how in SAP, BW and multi-dimensional reporting systems
- Familiar with North American Maquiladora business model and consolidation system
- Personality and Working Practice: Strong result orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertive, team-oriented, structured, analytical skills, consequent and inter-cultural experience
- Passionate about continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
