Position Description:
Provide and manage health education programs for HSS’ Education Institute (EI) and the Community Education & Outreach (CE&O) department to help communities maximize healthy practices. Use and manage data evaluation, analytical, and research activities for EI to identify community health needs, evaluate programs; and develop and implement evidence-based practices and evaluation frameworks to improve the health outcomes of individuals and communities at HSS. Develop dashboards to show impact of programming. Serve as a technical lead for Community Education & Outreach’s Salesforce integration, testing and QA. Manage IRB studies. Conduct Salesforce trainings for EI staff. Serve as liaison between data vendors and HSS Information Security team to facilitate software assessment and approval. Serve as liaison between vendors, CAMP, and EI staff to understand needs, platform functionalities and provide analytic solutions to measure key performance metrics. Identify and utilize innovative solutions to improve real time data and automated reporting. Serve as point of contact with HSS IT, CAMP and HSS Marketing team to leverage Alchemer APIs for automatic data extraction and implement API integrations to improve efficient reporting. Develop scope and manage the Education Institute Data Taskforce in implementing continuous quality improvement strategies to improve operational performance. Develop the new EI financial management system; manage integrations with EI financial data system with Tableau and Single Sign-On (SSO); train staff in tools including Alteryx and Tableau. Manage projects and ensure timely deliverables are met. Develop new data management platforms using Quickbase. Remote work permitted up to 3 days/week.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in public health or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in public health or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Position also requires two (2) years of experience in the following: conducting quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis and evaluating musculoskeletal health programs; survey development, including the use of web-based surveys using Alchemer; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookup; IBM SPSS data analysis software and Tableau visualization tool; Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system; data automation tools, including Alteryx; qualitative analysis software, including NVIVO and Dedoose; liaising between IT and the business units to convey technical data regarding data integrations, data modelling, SSO and APIs; and managing IRB studies.
Salary Offered: $92,165.00 - $101,850.11 / year.
