Your Responsibilities
As a Manager Commercial Developmentfor John Deere Construction Equipment Company located in Moline, IL, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement of the retail channel via existing dealers as well as finding and developing dealer candidates
- Review and analyze dealer financials; be accountable for dealer financial health
- Owns the dealer business planning process, including low performing dealers
- Administers dealer agreements, wholesale finance, legal and other Deere policies

What Skills You Need
- Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer practices, ideally JD dealerships
- Working knowledge of marketing and channel management
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Understanding of financials statements, key ratios and cash flow
- Understanding of legal issues affecting area of responsibility
- Ability to travel domestically up to 75%
What Makes You Stand Out
- Field Sales and/or aftermarket and customer support experience
- Experience in managing dealer relationships
- Sales experience
- Marketing and/or financial experience
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Business/Management
- Accounting/Finance
