The Coding Manager is responsible for Facility based outpatient and specialty -based coding including cardiovascular, OP surgery, ancillary coding functions, claim edits, and denials. This position plans, directs and monitors performance for all outpatient coding functions. The Manager ensures accuracy and integrity of all coded information to support reimbursement, revenue cycle, and data analysis and reporting functions, while maintaining appropriate coding productivity and quality expectations.
The Manager utilizes project management skills, clinical knowledge, coding, and documentation to achieve efficient processes, productivity, and customer support. This position contributes to development of the overall strategy for system-wide outpatient coding operations and compliance, consistent with the Tower Health plan to support overall revenue cycle functions and organizational goals.

Prior Supervisory experience required
This Position is Remote with full time hours of 8am-4:30pm , no weekend , no holidays are required
