Job Summary

The Altice USA Channel Partner Sales - Manager is responsible for business development and partner management, specifically in the multi-dwelling and agent space. This role is required to meet and exceed all sales and operational goals to grow the subscriber base and support our business needs. This role will assist in the development of sales plans and budgets that aligned with the Channel Partner departmental vision and objectives. Identifying opportunities to improve overall performance and acts quickly to implement effective action plans. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain business documentation to aid in product growth.
  • Collaborate with national partners to continuously improve sales, customer experience, and the relationship with Altice USA core staff, through regular, purposeful, and impactful cadence meetings.
  • Translate business requirements and technical design decisions into documents that communicate the appropriate technical detail including user stories, data dictionaries, etc.
  • If having internal direct reports, train and educate Account Executives, Indirect Specialist, and Indirect Agents on new promotions, products, and corporate initiatives.
  • It would be preferred if having experience in business development and partner management, specifically in the BPO, Energy Retailer, Comparison Website, Satellite Reseller, and Moving Concierge space.
  • It would be preferred if having experience in managing national retail big box stores and multi-dwelling units (of any kind), develop and maintain working relationships with regional, district, and store level management contacts to enable the daily management of both regional and national accounts.
  • Building and scaling learning modules or a curriculum that enables third-party BPOs and their call center agents to be trained and certified with the latest company/product updates.
  • Act as liaison escalation point for the resolution of all customer service issues.
  • Provide the team with assistance in developing new accounts and event participation.
  • Analyze data to provide business decision/guidance.
  • Tackle new challenges and help us to shore up existing gaps in documentation.
  • Make an incredible impact on our products and channel sales organization.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience connecting with, recruiting, or selling into c-suite business leaders
  • Must demonstrate ability to work in various software programs such as channel sales buy flows and CRM tools, Salesforce, IDA or Amdocs, Verint, Genesys, etc.
  • Comfort working with in an Agile development / team environment
  • Sales and Operation process experience
  • Channel Sales and Telecom Industry Experience
  • Understanding of process modeling
  • 3+ years of experience creating detailed user stories
  • Nice to have: Working knowledge of Salesforce, Amdocs, and LMS tools
  • Nice to have: Understanding of relational databases

Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law.  Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $84,583.00  - $138,958.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
