Summary

The Manager, National General Affairs (NGA) position is responsible for developing and managing facility management programs, purchasing (including investment) procedure, and invoicing procedure. This position will ensure that all Glovis US (GUS) locations are following NGA procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Primary
    • Manage purchasing and invoicing related procedures and policies
      • KSOX compliance
      • Invoices/Credit card reconciliation are processed on time
      • Oversee strategic procurement across multiple budget categories
    • Maintain Facilities in good condition
      • Manage facility WO system for all locations
      • Manage PM programs for all locations
      • Daily facility check (HQ office)
    • Manage NGA projects
      • Maintain project lists
      • Communicate with off-site locations regarding projects
      • Provide weekly status updates
      • Ensure projects are completed on time
    • Manage HQ NGA team members and workloads
  • Secondary
    • Vendor management
      • Ensure correct vendors are utilized at all locations
      • Enforce vendor selection process
    • Oversee the portal system improvement (purchasing function of the system)
    • Budget management - forecasting, submitting, and supervising usage
    • Oversee asset management - recording, reconciling, disposing, and documenting
  • Tertiary
    • Assist with special projects

Compensation

$95,000- $110,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 7 - 10 Years of Direct Experience Required
    • 8 - 13 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
  • 1 Year of Indirect Experience Required
    • 3 Years of Indirect Experience Preferred
  • 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
    • 4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
