Job Summary:
Responsible for all business functions for Career Services. Oversight of the annual budget preparation & finalization for each account/program, maintain and manage all departmental budgets. Reconcile accounts between the department's software and OSU financial reports. Be the liaison for all OSU purchasing systems. Responsible for all aspects of payroll and human resources; coordinate all personnel hired, oversee department's payroll, manage recruitment postings and provide assistance to supervisors regarding the recruitment process and any other human resource questions or concerns. Be the liaison for OSU Human Resources.
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work.
Some physical activity required. Must be able to lift 25 lbs on occasion.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Five years of closely related and progressive experience.
Knowledge of general accounting and human resources processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or other business-related degree.
Three years of experience working directly with OSU accounting/budgeting processes.
Proficiency with Banner Financial and HR, AIRS (including EPAF's, CVI's, Department Deposits, Concur and Travel Requests and Reimbursements) Self Service Reports, OkCorral, INB, ePrint reports, Cognos Reporting System, WORKS (P/Card system), , Banner Salary Planner and BudgetDevelopment , E-Verify, OSU Talent System, People Admin, personnel and payroll files, Credit Card deposits through Commerce Management System (Touchnet), and refunds through MarketPlace. Proficiency with Quickbooks, including balancing and building departmental reports. Experience with Banner Student.
