The Manager, B2B Brand Partnerships works with the Sales and Implementation Team to support Card Brand and Customers with existing and new business opportunities. They also ensure quality service to assigned Brands by providing ongoing support, analyzing account and market trends, and identifying additional revenue opportunities. Collaborating closely with the SVP of Solutions B2B & Director of Solutions B2B, the Manager, B2B Brand Partnerships handles day-to-day brand and client requests as needed.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Brands, continually adding value and services to their existing accounts while increasing revenue and gross margin.
  • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring the process is smooth and improvements are made in areas identified.
  • Increase the quality of service and support we offer our Brands, maintaining continuous improvement feedback loops to the Team. team
  • Develop and maintain best practice documentation for all relevant activities.
  • Maintain and improve our Brand’s levels of service satisfaction. of services
  • Works alongside the Support team to develop and maintain the multi-year strategic account plan for each assigned Brand.
  • Facilitates regular progress meetings with key Brand stakeholders and Support Partnerships Team to validate our progress and plans.
  • Responsible for assisting the Sales team with revenue growth, demos of products, and meeting profit goals for Brands in the portfolio.
  • Performs trends and performance analysis, providing guidance based on data driven conclusions.
  • Creates a quarterly business review cadence to track our progress on aligned focus areas/work streams and other interactions.
  • Responsible for managing promotional calendars for brands who opt into program.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or other post-secondary certification in sales, marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated expertise working with large customers
  • 3+ years of gift card management (brand or buyer side)
  • Excellent, proven leadership skills
  • Comfortable using web-based tools to establish team processes and report on efficiency
  • Experience with expanding sales and service organizations within B2C or B2B businesses
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Strong customer relationship, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience building internal and external relationships
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong results orientation and desire to learn
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deal with multiple concurrent tasks
  • Comfortable with interacting with senior leadership team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, Office 365, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
