The Manager Assistant (Chief of Staff) role will support the Enterprise Platforms Global Account Receivable Engineering VP and handle a broad range of management assignments, collaborating with a variety of internal partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • The successful candidate is a highly organized and strategic problem solver who can handle multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Lead extraordinary colleague engagement initiatives, encouraging leadership development, career development, diverse thinking, collaboration, belonging, and genuine care for colleagues.
  • Research topics and develop content to be used to strengthen the leadership team.
  • Develop leader communications (presentations, announcements, quarterly colleague updates, etc.) to ensure organizational focus and effective change management.
  • Seek out and implement best practices and industry trends which can be used to increase organizational efficiency and quality.
  • Actively seek formal and informal feedback from colleagues to ensure maximum engagement and improve leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead and run the planning and operational processes to support the team, e.g., lead team meetings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular global colleague meetings via WebEx Events Center.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior management or executive support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mentality with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
