Job description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Ancillary system applications, onboarding, build, maintenance and support. Responsible for planning, managing, overseeing and leading the work of the team. Responsible for leading the team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement and goal accomplishment.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develops objectives for the team as appropriate that align with the department goals
  • Monitors the roll-out of new and existing Ancillary Systems to ensure there are no issues or problems. Creates and oversees protocols and procedures for the use of new Ancillary Systems.
  • Collaborates with business owners and/or operations to assess the need for and/or efficiency of Ancillary Systems. Contributes to the analysis of whether to upgrade Ancillary Systems or install new Ancillary Systems.30
  • Lead IT analysts/builders in building, testing, quality assurance and support of Ancillary Systems. Lead It analysts/builders in the implementation and upgrading of Ancillary Systems

**This position has the opportunity to Work from Home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**

Qualifications:
Required:
  • 3 years in an IT analyst/specialist role
  • Bachelor Degree
Desired:
  • 1 year supervisory or management experience
