As an authorized Amazon DSP, we play a crucial role in delivering packages to customers' doorsteps with speed, accuracy, and reliability.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our Amazon DSP business operations. The Manager will be responsible for assisting to manage all aspects of the DSP business, including daily operations, team management, customer service, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Assist in leading all operational aspects of the Amazon DSP business, including delivery route planning, vehicle maintenance, and driver management.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of drivers and dispatchers to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the delivery fleet, including scheduling regular vehicle inspections, repairs, and replacements as needed.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety protocols, labor laws, and Amazon's delivery standards.
- Culture: Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in logistics operations preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation*
