Your Responsibilities


As an Aftermarket Sales and Marketing Manager for John Deere located in Moline, IL, you will:


  • Lead revenue generation and growth for John Deere’s Earthmoving & Forestry (E&F) aftermarket (parts & services) business.
  • In partnership with our world class dealer channel, drive a customer centric and proactive approach to selling our broad portfolio of parts and service solutions, including tiered parts portfolio, upgrades, service agreements, and relife offerings.
  • Maximize customer uptime through convenient access to parts. This includes leveraging Deere's parts network, inventory coordination between Deere and dealers, and ecommerce solutions.
  • Achieve a variety of key success measures, including customer experience feedback, sales growth, profitability, and share of aftermarket opportunity.
  • Have direct responsibility for the US and Canada E&F aftermarket business, plus deep collaboration with global C&F and enterprise aftermarket teams.
