Our program teaches you all about the electrical wholesale business with our wholistic approach during the 2-2.5 year paid training. It's our flagship way of developing future leaders in sales and management!

Starting location: Elk Grove Village, IL; relocation in Illinois/NW Indiana following 6-12 months of training

Throughout the training program, trainees are exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses, but is not limited to:

• Business Management
• Sales/Business Development
• Operations
• Electrical Supply Knowledge
• Warehouse Operations
• Supplier Product Seminars
• Counter Sales
• Outside Sales
• Inventory Management
• Purchasing
• Customer Relations

Pay: $59,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
