Form of workYou will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Support Equipment Department of Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAVAIRWARCENADLKE) in support of the PMA-260 Aviation Support Equipment Program Office.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing Acquisition Strategies focused on increasing procurement efficiencies & decrease cycle time; 2) Working within all Acquisition Management Systems' (AMS) tools, including: the Procurement Management Tool (PMT), the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement related Tableau Visualizations; 3) Coordinating and interfacing with Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), the Procurement Team/Contract Specialist and the Business Financial Manager (BFM) to effectively manage the entire PMT Procurement Initiation Document (PID) process; 4) Creating Procurement Planning Agreements for utilization during the Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs) and proactively initiating, scheduling, and facilitating Pre-PPCs & actual PPCs to include the appropriate team members; and 5) Working with the BFM team to create funding Statements of Work for specified PIDs.
