Management Consultant

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of Management Consultant specializing in Data Entry and Program Support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) in efficiently and effectively supporting the Denial of Federal BenefitDefense Procurement Fraud Debarment (DFB-DPFD) Program.
The position is available in Washington, DC, requires a Public Trust Clearance, and U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

• Provide prompt and effective customer service through various channels such as telephone, email, or the United States Postal Service.
• Respond to incoming correspondence and communication related to the debarment process.

Data Entry:

• Accurately enter new cases into the system and ensure the maintenance of current cases.
• Retire old cases in accordance with established procedures.

Verification and Account Management:

• Verify information related to the debarment process.
• Establish new accounts as needed.
• Provide programmatic knowledge of criminal court programs and their processes.

Meeting Attendance:

• Attend meetings on an as-needed basis to stay informed and contribute to program discussions.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), BJA, and other government agencies.
• Collaborate with the general public to provide service to all consumers of the DFB-DPFD system.

Required:

• Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
• 10 years of demonstrated experience in data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of court systems is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Education:

• Minimum of a high school diploma.

Desired:

• Knowledge of court systems.
• Additional certifications in relevant areas.
