- Overseeing teams coordinating during major incidents, with partners across different stakeholder groups, including industry, federal agencies, and international partners;\
- Strengthening and enhancing relationships with clients and partners;
- Managing development and implementation of novel cybersecurity initiatives and efforts;
- Supporting Customer solutions, to include management and Process development;
- Developing innovative coordination and communication methods within the client’s agency, to ensure unified messaging, appropriate use of resources, and clarity of outreach methods;
- Managing development of communication and brand campaign to message client’s mission;
- Managing development planning and executing major events, conferences, and meetings;
- Managing development of SOPs for various event management and communication related functions;
- Managing development of plans for engaging with and communicating with stakeholders;
- Helping clients maintain partnerships by coordinating logistics and managing content development for high-profile engagements;
- Engaging with clients to identify organizational challenges, recommend solutions, and manage expectations in a proactive manner; and
- Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement;
- Overseeing timely deliverable and product delivery.
- Articulating Guidehouse's value propositions and contributing to proposals and whitepapers; and
- Researching and tracking opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting the Federal government, preferably in a Federal consulting role
- Ability to lead teams in prioritize complex and competing priorities.
- Ability to query data and articulate results.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers/stakeholders.
- Excels at process improvement as well as solutioning and innovation.
- Experience or exposure to Cyber Security. Business Development Experience.
