Our Testing as a Service team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations and our PwC implementation and Managed Services teams delivery testing solutions and testing excellence through automated testing. We execute client centric test scripts and scenarios that are linked to specific detailed user personas and user stories to drive tailored results for our clients . Through our testing Managed Services we focus on maximizing testing execution with transparency of outcomes with the goal of minimizing go-live risk and post go-live issues. As part of our testing as a service offering we work across a variety of enterprise level technology platforms and solutions such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Servicenow and more.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

• Demonstrating 7+ years of overall experience in software testing that includes testing various SAP ERP, CRM modules and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Test Lead;
• Working knowledge in SAP modules (SD, MM, Finance etc.);
• Working knowledge and experience in working with SAP or SAP S4/HANA;
• Demonstrating practical knowledge of preparing/designing, conducting and documenting tests;
• Working knowledge of test management tools;
• Understanding of Waterfall and/or Agile project management methodologies;
• Possessing related education or equivalent relevant work experience;
• Demonstrating strong command of English (communication with international project team members on a daily basis);
• Demonstrating an open-minded, proactive attitude;
• Demonstrating interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Demonstrating flexibility and motivation for self-development;
• Working knowledge of SQL/SOQL queries;
• Possessing basic knowledge of data analytics;
• Working test Automation Experience using TOSCA or UFT;
• Taking ownership of assigned testing project items related to SAP S4/HANA Cloud & even taking part in testing cross platform solutions inside the Global PwC Network;
• Overseeing and taking part in the test preparation, execution, regression and closure activities;
• Analyzing functional/non-functional requirements and challenging product teams in case of spotted inconsistencies;
• Creating test automation scripts using TOSCA or UFT Tool for SAP application;
• Designing test plans and test cases based on the requirements and project needs;
• Taking care of the project's testware (test cases, defects, testing checklists and other related artifacts);
• Performing functional, system, UI/API tests;
• Reporting & controlling defects;
• Demonstrating a proven record of accomplishment in managing test phases in an SAP environment across system integration, user acceptance, regression and performance;
• Supporting in analysis of complex business scenarios;
• Working experience in using multiple test management tools such as Solution Manager, Jira, HP ALM etc.;
• Cooperating with business analysts, developers and product owners across onshore / offshore; and,
• Being a game changer by finding any possible improvements to test process or even tested software.
