Our Mammography Technologists work with the latest in GE and Hologic 3D Mammography technology, alongside some of the greatest Breast Radiologists in the country. The SimonMed Imaging team was the first group in the nation to have the new GE Pristina. We are currently in 6 states and we are always expanding, meaning you will have many opportunities to move and grow with the company, as well as to receive individual training.
What You'll Do:
Operate mammography equipment and perform various mammography related procedures
Develop and evaluate film for technical quality such as density contrast, definition, and distortion
Explain procedures and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventive breast health
Prepare and maintain records and files, and clean and adjust equipment as needed
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision and handle additional duties as assigned

What We Need from You:
Requires registration as a Radiologic and Mammography Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
Requires current Radiology and Mammography license in the State
SimonMed Imaging requires valid hands-on CPR certification
High school degree or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience preferred
