SalaryImmediate opening for a Make Ready Tech for large, busy community in Cypress, TX, with a dynamic company!
Your duties will include completing make readies, preventative maintenance of property and units, assist with work orders, as needed.
Must be a team player, a fast learner, hard-working, problem solver. Must have a reliable vehicle.
Skilled in multi family maintenance, electrical & plumbing a must. Appliance repair, carpentry & A/C's a plus.
