Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions for customer needs.
- Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including the ability to fabricate and repair equipment.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and other automated systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
