Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General maintenance and cleanliness of the building
- Maintaining a safe environment by keeping the entrances and exits cleared, sidewalks, parking lot, loading area, etc. Clear of debris, spills, snow and ice and all other hazards.
- Set up and break down tables and chairs for events, rentals, program activities
- Ability to make minor repairs
- Assist with seasonal programs where needed
- Strive to up-hold a solid Christian influence at all times

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- 2 years of experience in the field of building maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Motor Vehicle Driver's License in good standing
- Ability to drive 12 passenger van and pass required Salvation Army driving test
