Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations - Develop and implement training programs for new employees - Manage and supervise a team of office personnel - Create and maintain budgets for office expenses - Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls - Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Manage schedules and calendars for meetings, appointments, and events - Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other services - Ensure efficient and effective management of a medical office Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in training development and implementation - Strong team management abilities - Proficient in budgeting and financial management - Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles - Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Ability to manage schedules and calendars effectively - Experience in vendor management and procurement processes - Knowledge of medical office management practices This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
