Summary: Responsible for repairing and maintaining production machinery, conveyor lines, mechanical and hydraulic components, material handling system and automated lubrication systems. Also, Responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis, repair and disassembly of a wide range of electrical/mechanical equipment and associated components. You must be the hands-on kind of person who doesn’t mind getting in and getting dirty.
All applicants must have good knowledge and previous work experience with the following: Hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, lubrication, gear trains, fabrication and welding. Electrical experience including knowledge of 3-phase electrical, motor control center, pump, motors, compressors, variable frequency drives, wiring and PLC troubleshooting.

- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Minimum Requirements:
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED
- Trade School
- 5 plus years of maintenance/electrical experience
EXPERIENCE
CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System experience or familiarity a plus
Technical certificate from a credited program is a plus
Corrugated /paper industry a plus
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate. Able to apply concepts of high school math.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Will deal with problems involving one or more concrete variable in standardized situations. Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, functional operations – isolate root cause for breakdown.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to stand for long periods, reach and stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds by team lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
