Description
BeLeaf Medical is on the hunt for a talented and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department. This position is integral member of the BeLeaf Medical team, ensuring that all Swade Dispensaries and Sinse Cultivation/Manufacturing sites are in excellent condition and that the functionality/business use of each site is unimpeded. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting quality assessments, handling daily repairs and maintenance, maintaining inventory, scheduling outside vendors for required maintenance, and developing preventative maintenance procedures for our two cultivation facilities in Earth City and Jonesburg Missouri. 
Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, basic tools and appliances. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
• Planning and scheduling repairs.
• Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Physical requirements include standing, bending, lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing and working above shoulder height, reaching across four (4) feet wide trays while standing, rolling racks to and from harvest rooms quickly and efficiently. 
• Physically capable and available to work outside of standard business hours if needed including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

 Compensation and Benefits

• $23.00 per hour
• Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.
