Job Opportunity: CNC Maintenance Technician

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to support our operations and ensure the continued success of our production processes.
Position: CNC Maintenance Technician
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- New Hires: Starting at $25/hour
- Experienced Technicians: $30 - $35/hour
- Shift Differentials: +$1 for 2nd shift, +$1.50 for 3rd shift
- Perform setup, programming, and maintenance of CNC machines, including Hydromats, Okuma, Haas, and Mazak.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on CNC machines.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure machine efficiency and longevity.
- Work weekends as required to support production schedules.
- Report to the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operation.
- Experience with a variety of CNC machines, including Hydromats, Okuma, Haas, and Mazak.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
