MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Performs routine maintenance tasks to support the entire facility regularly and as needed throughout the year (daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, etc.).
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner. Ensures requests are completed daily.
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment, the building and grounds as required.
• Coordinates external service work with vendors.
• Assists with maintaining up-to-date records for all state, federal and insurance inspections.
• Keeps up on technological changes and compliance requirements to meet new laws and efficiency standards.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the facilities support manager.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintains, preserves, and inventories company assets.
• Coordinates facilities needs for functions and meetings, including set up and tear down.

EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent education.

One year of work-related experience is required.
