The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative or reactive maintenance of production lines for filter converting, ensuring adherence to Company standards for safety, clean environment, quality and productivity while meeting customer requirements.
· Performing repairs and troubleshooting general/routing and preventive maintenance on all the machines in the plant.
· Fabricating, erecting and retrofitting equipment and working with others to improve existing equipment and processes.
· Participate in cross-training plans as needed.
· Responsibilities may involve working on any of the following systems: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Hydro.
· Good command of basic math, reading and writing is a must
· Good communications skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work well in team oriented environment and communicate with operators in order to assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
· Ability to work call ins, overtime or non-regular hours as needed
· Excellent sense of safety awareness and good housekeeping
· Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and HVAC equipment.
· Good problem-solving ability

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
