WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you'll work the 2nd shift between 2 PM and 10 PM, providing essential support to our operations. From conducting routine maintenance on production equipment to performing preventative maintenance on machinery and facilities, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our equipment remains in optimal condition. You'll collaborate with the production team to prioritize and address maintenance needs, proactively seeking out equipment improvements along the way. Whether it's performing vehicle maintenance, conducting water testing, or managing time to prioritize tasks, each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or certified
- Strong electrical, pneumatics, and PLC experience
- Welding, plumbing, mechanical, controls, boilers, and steam experience
- Proficiency with basic tools
- Proficiency with pumps, PLC controls, electrical panels, and steel, copper, and iron plumbing
- Basic computer proficiency with a preventative maintenance program
- Ability to collect and analyze information and make decisions
- Ability to work both individually and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong time management skills
