Our manufacturing company operates five manufacturing plants, four distribution warehouses, and five sales offices. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality and safety standards.
- Follows standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and waste management systems.
- Must use CMMS or paper records to log maintenance work.
- Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one to two years' relevant experience.
- Building maintenance technology or experience in relevant field.
