Starting at $22/hr and up, depending on experience plus bonus!

What you will do:
- Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive residential maintenance throughout the facility including apartment turns
- Diagnosing problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances.
- Confirming that work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring residential units have been turned in a timely and efficient manner, as well as determining if work has been completed properly.
- Providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promoting quality living experience.
- Providing on-call service when scheduled and performs emergency maintenance work when required.
- Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and addresses items that need to be repaired.
- Assisting Manager with scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.
- Partnering with Manager to obtain bids from outside contractors, as well as oversee contractor work for completeness.
- Assisting with purchasing maintenance supplies for the property
- while staying within the planned budget.
- Accurately preparing and submitting property invoices in accordance with established guidelines.
- Communicate with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
- Participate in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
- Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

What You Will Need:
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience
- Basic computer skills with the ability to use electronic communications professionally and efficiently
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs
- EPA certification, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work 8 hour standing shifts
- Must be available for on call emergencies
