Job Description
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Utilize hotel software to track work orders and document repairs
- Fabricate and install parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality
- Follow hotel and brand standards for preventive maintenance for all systems, equipment, and filters
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
Experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to fabricate and install parts using various tools and equipment
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and logic controllers
- Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members
