SalaryHiring a Maintenance Tech for Mount Ridge Apartments in Catonsville (266 units).

Responsibilities:
- Walking the community to identify any potential issues.
- Troubleshooting basic technical problems, including preventative maintenance on systems.
- Resolving any basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and HVAC service requests.
- Communicating clearly with residents and your coworkers.
- Completing apartment turnovers/punch-outs.
- Inspecting apartments for a final walk through and move-in.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years exp in building maintenance preferred.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to participate in the on-call emergency rotation.
