Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Engineer), you will lead and contribute to equipment installation, start-up, and maintenance across plant facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing troubleshooting and repairs, training maintenance personnel, and directing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

- Technical School Training, Associates Degree in Engineering or Industrial/Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Maintenance Technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in electrical instrumentation, mechanical repair, welding, plumbing, pneumatics, compressed air systems, HVAC, conveyors, mixers, gear boxes, and basic fabrication.
- Strong analytical and hands-on maintenance skills.
- Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills.
