Maintenance Technician

What you can expect during the interview process:

• A welcome phone call from your recruiter.
• An onsite interview with your manager.
• If offered a job, you will take a drug test and a medical evaluation.

Your typical work hours will be 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am.

DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• Your starting pay rate will be $19.10 - $27.10/hour (attendance bonus included in rate) and increases with experience, certifications and education.
• Receive a $3.00/hour attendance bonus (included in above pay rate).

• You will work with your team to ensure equipment is operational.
• You'll perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Record and document maintenance you perform.
• All other relevant duties to the job.

• You must have maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ideally, you'll have some technical training or mechanical certification.
• You'll know how to perform mechanical diagnostics.

• You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.
• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
