Maintenance Technician - $34/Hr - Direct Hire

We are currently working with a major manufacturing company that is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Monrovia, IN! This person will work alongside other maintenance team members and engineers to troubleshoot a wide variety of manufacturing equipment throughout the plant.

Details:

• Direct-hire, full-time, 100% onsite
• Hours: 2nd and 3rd shift available
• Pay: $34/hr
• Full benefits package starting DAY ONE

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Mechanical troubleshooting on various equipment throughout the plant
• Work with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Basic PLC troubleshooting/programming

• Previous experience in maintenance within a production/manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
