Job Summary:
This position requires the ability to read schematics, maintain, PM, troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial food processing equipment, .
Candidates will need to have working knowledge or the ability to learn hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, industrial electrical applications and other skillsets associated with maintaining and repairing different kinds of equipment.
This position will be required to perform basic fabrications as needed.
Selected candidates will need to be dependable in their attendance and able to work flexible work schedules. Preventative Maintenance is done while the plant is not processing.

2nd Shift
Monday - Thursday
3:00pm - 1:30am , 10 hour shift
Job Requirements
· Mechanical aptitude.
· Should have at least 1 year’ experience in Industrial Maintenance
· Ability to read as well as understand instructions for broad range of mechanical, electronic, electrical, manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Excellent attendance record.
· Excellent safety record and work habits.
· Able to work well with all departments.
· Able to work various shifts and work overtime as needed.
· Formal maintenance training preferred, OJT along with schooling will be provided for candidates with the right qualifications.
Education & Experience:
· High School Diploma/GED
Additional Responsibilities:
· As part of the maintenance mechanics team associate will be required to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and minor fabrications as needed. Will also be expected to help cover other areas as a general mechanic as needed.

· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed (Occasional heavy lifting over 80 pounds, frequent lifting up to 25 pounds)

· Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
· Ability to climb and work off of ladders and working platforms.
