Maintenance Technician - 2Nd Shift

Job summary: Position is responsible but not limited to installing new equipment, repairing and maintaining production equipment though PM’s and scheduled down time. Maintaining parts and supply inventories, maintenance records and insuring operations remain current. Equipment and machinery include electric motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems, laundry producing equipment. PLC repair/replacement, chain driven devices, boiler, pumps, and hydraulics.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities include:

• Drilling down and locating root cause of equipment needs, and use of precision tools in doing so.
• Diagnosing repairs, removing, and replacing defective parts
• Control unscheduled downtime of equipment through scheduled PM’s and scheduled downtime repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
• Document work performed and work performed within our in-house software program.
• Work with other maintenance members to team up on large or complect jobs.
• Record daily information to maintain consistent quality results and safety standards.
• Follow work rules and Morgan guidelines.
• Willing to work overtime, including evenings and Saturdays if or when necessary.

Compensation: Hourly Rate + OT – DOE (Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour) with shift differential.

Monday-Friday with scheduled Saturday hours when needed. This is a full-time 2nd shift position; hours will be in the 10am-8pm range.

Must submit to aptitude testing, drug screen and background check.
