This position will be expected to work 3 day shifts and 2 evening shifts a week. Must have weekend availability.
$17 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
- Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
- Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
- Execute current preventative maintenance procedures and continue to develop proactive measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and avert any safety risks
- Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
- Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
- Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
- 1+ years of maintenance or similar experience
