Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cover all aspects of mechanical, electrical and preventative types of maintenance on various high-speed and packaging machinery
- Trouble shooting
- Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts
- Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
- Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
- Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process
- Coordinate and implement duties as advised by the owner of the process
- Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low cost, high quality producer
- Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
- Align with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
- Works overtime as necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Frequent standing & walking required
- Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping
- Digital literacy, typing skills, and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets
- Operate Forklift, Scissor Lift, and JLG
- Certified in LOTO
- Work as a team member to solve problems
- Must adhere to all Kraft Heinz Policies as stated in the Employee Handbook and follow internal Kraft Heinz Procedures
- 40 hours per week/8 hours daily/5 days per week
- 2nd or 3rd shift available (1pm to 9pm OR 9pm to 5am)
- Works overtime as required
- Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts as required
- (Work is indoors, Primary production floor is wet, Secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate)
- Must wear following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): (bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant shoes, ear plugs)
