Strategy and Development
Under limited supervision performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance equipment. The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented.
General and Task Management
- Perform preventative maintenance per schedule.
- Maintain production equipment and prevent all eq. downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures including Lock-out and Tag-out.
- Keep work area clean.
- Perform water testing for state if required.
- Diagnosing mechanical problems and performing repairs
- Comply with and maintain OSHA safety and Health rules.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment as required.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports.
- Follow all safety practices and procedures.
- Keep work area clean and neat.

- Must understand basic electronics.
- Must be proficient at welding.

- Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to use measuring devices (tape measure, micrometer, ohmmeter, etc.).
Education and Experience:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general word processing software and accounting software.

Pay Range: $30-$35 plus shift differential for 2nd Shift being offered.
