Maintenance Tech
Maintenance Techs provide routine maintenance and repair to all assigned areas of the resort. Areas may include hotel rooms, public areas, condominiums, and offices. The job will also consist of snow removal, picking up trash, and custodial functions.
We are looking for applicants who can provide exceptional customer service to the guests and fellow employees by maintaining the facilities at consistently high standards. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, work well under pressure, follow strict policies and procedures, work as a team, and help foster a positive, fun, and safe working environment.

Required Certs or Licenses: Valid driver's license and qualify to be on the Resort insurance.
Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Typical Shift: 8am-5pm but night shift schedules may be available as well
Housing: Limited employee housing is available upon request. Employee housing is “dorm-style” and starts at $450/month. A list of local rental resources is available upon request.
Environment: This is a physically demanding, outdoor and indoor position. Must be able to regular lift/carry 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Moves and assists in moving of furniture and equipment.
- Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
- Washes windows.
- Performs painting tasks.
- Empties trash cans, consolidates trash and takes trash to the transfer station.
- Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
- Performs routine troubleshooting, repairs and adjustments of locks, cabinets, desks, closets, hinges, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning units, appliances, kitchen, and equipment.
- Reports mechanical malfunctions to appropriated person for action.
- Prepares and cleans work areas as directed by the Supervisor or Level 3 Technician.
- Helps with other departments as needed.
- Completes all tasks as regulated by State and Federal environmental standards and OSHA regulations
