Compensation

The compensation target range for this role is:

$31.50 - $33.00

Job Summary

Position Summary:
Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the facility equipment.
• Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance and carpentry functions.

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a maintenance capacity is a must.
• Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift.

Physical activities may occasionally include:

• Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

Physical activities may constantly include:

• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• ssessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.
