Starting Pay: $22.49/per hour, includes $1.25/per hour for 2nd shift differential

Required Qualifications for Maintenance Team Members:
- At least six months of experience in Waste Management, Manufacturing/Production, and/or Material Handling
- Must have a valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualification for Maintenance Team Members:
- Arc flash certified (LOTO)
- Stick and MIG welding experience
- Training in operating scissor lifts and boom trucks
- Experience in snow removal and operating snow blowers, Bobcat, Kubota, etc.
- Plumbing knowledge, including minor repairs and sewer and drain backups
- HEP vaccinated - Bodily fluid cleanup
- Experience in lawn maintenance, for example, mowing and trimming
Responsibilities of Maintenance Team Members can include:
- Operation of production equipment and tools within standard operating procedures while maintaining quality output
- Work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, and be self-motivated
- Waste management which can include operating lift truck
- Assist with deliveries and pickups
