The Maintenance Team Member assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As the Maintenance Team Member, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem-solving. The role requires an individual to be efficient, possess high energy, and be very detail-oriented.

The Maintenance Team Member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Put away truck delivery.
• Clean equipment, floors, and complete daily deep clean checklist.
• Change light bulbs, clean filters, and other small repairs to the building and equipment as necessary.
• Maintain outside grounds including snow removal, salting sidewalks, power washing, washing windows, etc.
• Responsible for all repair projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance on all areas of the building and equipment.
• Able to perform physically demanding jobs - stand for long periods of time, walk and move about facilities, lift 50 lbs.
• Any other kitchen duties as needed.

Must be 18 years old.

1 year of maintenance experience is preferred.
