We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our PM shift, to join our Technical Engineering and Maintenance (T.E.A.M) team, that has strong industrial maintenance experience with processing and packaging equipment. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, coupled with your enthusiasm for leadership, you flourish in assuming a proactive leader role. This involves overseeing work assignments and orders and serves as the go-to point for addressing more complex issues as they arise.
The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership and technical support to industrial operations and shares responsibility with the leaders in T.E.A.M. for the Flavor Factory’s overall preventive maintenance program including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, steam, water, vacuum, and compressed air systems. By diligently managing departmental resources, acting as a key partner to the Quality and Manufacturing teams and engaging and motivating the team this role ensures high levels of productivity paired with smooth operations .
SUCCESS FACTORS (FIRST 12-18 MONTHS)
- Daily Operation Support: Proper shift transitions & strong lines of communication between the shifts are your cornerstones to a successful operation with leading the PM shift. With diligence in collecting & sharing the right information with the right people, your team is always in the know. You provide updates of the day, including safety, quality, KPIs, company communications. Your shift change meetings are a blockbuster no one wants to miss! Your visible floor presence allows you to spend time developing your team and keeping a pulse on the operation. Ensuring precise and efficient upkeep of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), assists with coordinating the maintenance team's schedule seamlessly.
- Safety First: Your vigilance around the safety of our people and products is contagious! You ensure we maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment with a focus on preventing safety incidents. You proactively address and rectify safety conditions on the floor and ensure our equipment is properly guarded. When safety concerns arise, you take the appropriate measures to address them. You advocate and promote team member engagement in daily, weekly, and monthly safety trainings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ Years experience in an industrial maintenance leadership role
- Demonstrated experience reading drawings, ladder logic, mechanical illustrations, schematics, and manuals
- Demonstrated ability using power, shop, and hand tools
- CMMS expert with PMs, inventory, and scheduling
- Ability to use a PC, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to physically perform duties to maintain equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to pivot to business needs
