Maintenance Supervisor
Role Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for the accurate planning and tracking of maintenance activities using Company's systems and procedures, continuously optimizing the regular maintenance activities while ensuring that the maintenance budget and spare parts inventory levels are within the company's targets.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Collaborate with OEM's to establish accurate maintenance intervals. Ensure Maintenance Plans are built by Maintenance Specialists or IWS Maintenance Leads (when in place) on Monthly / Weekly / Daily cycles and follow the global standard process flow for each cycle.
Ensure the outcome of the maintenance planning cycles is correctly and accurately reflected in SAP at all times.
Maintenance Backlog Management
Checks the execution of Maintenance Activities as per the latest Maintenance Plan and together with OEM's & Maintenance Specialists / IWS Maintenance Leads ensures that each Production Line's "On-Hand Spare Parts Inventory" is within the target of a maximum of 30 days.
Preventive Maintenance Standards
Build and ensure the execution of the factory's Global Preventive Maintenance Standards Adoption Plan, delivering complete adoption of any new Standard in max. 3 months from their global release date.
Optimization of Local / Global Maintenance Programs and Activities
Monthly analysis of driven maintenance activities to see opportunities for crafting new preventive maintenance standards (instead of repetitive corrective/autonomous maintenance activities) or for optimizing the intervals and scope for periodical preventive part inspections (CBMs) or part replacements (TBMs).
Maintenance Training & Support to Line Teams
Regularly provide training & system support to Maintenance Specialists / IWS Maintenance Leads based on the latest available Global PM/MRO documentation, on:
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling,
- Maintenance Backlog Management
- Maintenance Budget Control,
- Creation or editing of new or existing local preventive maintenance standards as an outcome of Breakdown Elimination In-Depth Analysis Processes (including their upload to SAP PM).
Requirements
- Technical university degree preferably in the areas of mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering, or production/manufacturing processes.
- 2+ years experience in FMCG production or engineering.
- Proficiency in English (Oral and written).
- MS Office, SAP (sophisticated level), Analytics. Knowledge of TBM (Time Based Maintenance) / CBM (condition Based Maintenance) & IWS (Integrated Work System) is beneficial.
